Sasha Behar has over twenty years' experience as a coach, facilitator and presenter.
She works with a focus on Creativity, Personal Impact, Effective Communication and Leadership Development, across the private and public sectors in the UK, and internationally.
She also has a career as an actor working in TV, film and theatre and combines this background with her training as a coach and Psychosynthesis counselor, to really engage with the physical and psychological aspects of transformation. She takes particular pleasure in giving clients the confidence to fully express themselves, with spontaneity and passion and she believes that in a safe space, through play and exploration, we can learn to really know ourselves, trust ourselves and bring ourselves. Over the years, she has worked with clients including Deliveroo, Westminster City Council, the NHS, Mercer, PWC, St Gobain, Mercedes, Arup and the School for Social Entrepreneurs. She studied at Cambridge University, has a coaching certification, a counselling diploma and training in Process work, Constellations and Archetypal Coaching.
