Siobhan believes that everyone, whatever their current circumstances, can discover new personal resources, capabilities and strengths, and she is passionate about helping them do so. She has over 15 years’ experiences as a performance coach, facilitator and voice teacher, and specialises in Communication, Impact and Leadership Development.  She brings keen insight, warmth, dynamism and a sense of fun to her work.

Her approach is shaped by openness to people and her capacity to listen and tune in to each person, in all their complexity and paradox.

Her style is practical and warm, she creates a safe environment where supportive challenge can allow people to gain insights into themselves and others, and where they can try out new ways of communicating, interacting and leading.

Siobhan has a special capacity to spark engagement. She brings a dynamic energy to her work, whether with one-to-one or with groups, that enables people to open up and take risks, to experiment in discovering the changes they want to make, and thus to grow into their full potential.

She is an agile and flexible trainer, fundamentally interactive and able to adapt creatively to individuals’ needs, using her well-honed intuition, insight and experience.

Siobhan trained as a Coach with ICF accredited Coaching Development Limited, in Forum Theatre with Adrian Jackson at Bubble Theatre Company, and as a Voice Coach on The Central School of Speech and Drama’s MA Voice Studies
