Adi is an integral part of the Maynard Leigh Senior Leadership Team and plays a key role in overseeing the company’s growth, particularly into new global markets. Recent adventures include entry into India and America.
As a qualified CIMA Accountant, Adi is the strategic Finance lead within Maynard Leigh and has been pivotal in helping the company grow to become a successful brand in the global Learning and Development space.
Adi is a passionate people person and natural leader, who knows the importance of developing the individual to benefit the collective team. She joined Maynard Leigh in August 1999 after graduating with an Accounting & Finance Degree. She loves mentoring and supporting social enterprises.
