Project Administrator

Maynard Leigh welcomed Caroline Pey as their new Project Administrator in April 2023. Caroline came to us from the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and has extensive experience of coordinating events, working groups, committees and corporate meetings, as well as in client services, administration, travel organisation, team support and social media marketing across multiple industries.

Caroline is passionate about helping clients, colleagues and individuals by understanding their needs and assisting them with any problems they may encounter. She is driven by her love for innovation, technology, creative industries, and business.

Like many of her colleagues at Maynard Leigh, she possesses a creative background. Caroline has worked as a presenter and producer for a music and travel TV programme. While working in Japan for three years, she began DJing and organised music events. During her free time, Caroline enjoys being in nature, going to the beach or music festivals, and camping with her family.
