Rhys joined the Maynard Leigh Team in July 2017 and is proud to be part of a company that not only keeps the client at the heart of everything they do, but is on a mission to bring meaning, humanity, and vitality to the workplace.

Having graduated with a degree in law from Cambridge, Rhys has run his own business, and has over seven years of experience in the performance improvement industry.
During that time, Rhys has worked with clients in a broad range of industries, helping them diagnose issues and implement impactful and sustainable behaviour change programs.
He is now focusing all that experience and energy on Maynard Leigh, taking responsibility for aligning our sales and marketing efforts, driving growth, and ensuring that we can support and delight our clients around the world.
Outside work, Rhys enjoys rugby, skiing, scuba diving and cocktails; not necessarily in that order, and definitely not at the same time!
