A report commissioned by the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills shows the unarguable link between employee engagement and performance at work. Organisations with high engagement can outperform others by 20%.

To cultivate that engagement and turn it in to High Performance, today’s successful leaders have learnt to be people-focused. Because they understand people and their motivation, they no longer rely on the traditional "command and control" style for getting things done. Thus every manager, leader or supervisor has to be a master of coaching skills, as do technical experts, and internal or external consultants.

Coaching is a vital component of leadership as it is one of the strongest means at the manager’s disposal to achieve high engagement and performance.

This event provides the tools, expertise and creative stimulus to make your coaching and engagement productive. It is highly experiential, using a wide range of methods, and lots of practice and feedback so you can build a clear sense of your own personal style.
